Things are certainly looking more and more positive as the weeks go by.

Finance pre approvals have increased sharply recently which means buyers have been to their bank or mortgage broker and are preparing themselves to buy. Some banks have cut their fixed term loan rates, which means they are hedging their bets that there will be no more interest rate rises.

I believe the market will improve in the back end of this year and improve quickly. I believe that there is a lot of pent up demand for property and if and when they do begin rate cuts that will just add fuel to the fire.
Let’s see if I am right.
