Whitord – Geelong Property News: Will we see a busier winter than we are normally accustomed to? We think we will. Activity is certainly increasing but the market is very price sensitive in that if the market feels that a property is overpriced then buyer enquiry and inspections are very low. 

The ASX money markets are pricing in an 86% chance of an interest rate drop in July and we believe that this will bring back confidence and more property to the market. Buyer confidence will also increase as well buyer activity which in turn will lead to an uptick in sale activity. Looking in the rear vision mirror it is looking like the bottom of the real estate market was December/January and we are now on the improve.
