Whitord – Geelong Property News: I know I’ve said this in this newsletter multiple times already but the market is shifting. We have multiple offers floating around on properties at the moment when they have been relatively few and far between for the last few years.
As we stand right now being five days out from the RBA making an interest rate call and the general consensus being that that decision will be a 0.25% reduction in the interest rate.
We believe this will stimulate the market further and entice hesitant buyers into the market. The actual reduction itself isn’t a huge money spinner for buyers but it is more the psyche of buyers being more positive and cementing that their will be no further interest rate increases.
