Historically Easter is a quiet time for us in real estate. We will use these few days to recharge. The first quarter of the 2024 has still been a challenging time in the real estate sector with deals still hard to graft together. We are still putting deals together but they just take time. We are seeing a number of our competitors making contact with our vendors which is a massive no no in our industry and highly unethical. We are not surprised by the agencies that are doing this and I have no doubt you could probably guess which agencies they are.
