Tomorrow marks my three year anniversary of taking over the business. It feels like those three years have flown by. We have certainly seen peaks and troughs in the market in this time including an unprecedented thirteen interest rate rises. I am very proud of the fact that in my tenure we have kept a very stable team. When the market gets tough agents tend to swap agencies and move around but our team is an experienced and cohesive unit and we help and challenge each other to get through tough periods in the market. To be a good business you need to surround yourself with good people and luckily for me I am surrounded by the best.
