Whitford - Geelong Property News: In the last four weeks or so we have experienced slightly higher numbers through our open for inspections and I saw a report during the week that finance approvals have had a sharp uptake recently.
What does this mean? Buyers are getting themselves ready to buy, they are attending open for inspections and doing their research on the market and analysing sales data in preparation to buy. The bottom of the market is behind us and now the only way is up.
