The resignation of Premier Jacinta Allan has certainly captured plenty of attention this week, and as with any change in government leadership, there will be speculation about what it could mean for Victoria's housing market.

Confidence, interest rates, supply, demand and the local economy will continue to have the greatest impact on property values.
