Whitford - Property Geelong News: We are currently in the middle of school holidays, and we have put Easter behind us. These school holidays are a relatively quiet time from a real estate perspective.

We are looking for an uptick in both new listings to the market and buyer activity once the kids return to school. It is almost a certainty that the Reserve Bank’s next move will be down, the million dollar question is obviously when will that be? It’s a crystal ball scenario.

We are hoping the recent terminology from the Reserve Bank that they have removed the “further tightening may be required” dialogue from their reports and we believe this will give buyers confidence and the market a boost.
