Whitord – Geelong Property News: The market is definitely starting to move again. We have a long way to go but the buyer activity in the last three weeks is telling us that buyers are starting to come out of their over two year hiatus.

If the interest rates drop on February 18th then I think the market rebound will hit another level. The ASX money markets are rating a 0.25% interest rate drop at 95%. We shall wait and see what the RBA do.
