With Victoria heading to the polls on 28th November, it’s natural for buyers and sellers to wonder what impact an election might have on the property market.
Election periods can bring a degree of uncertainty, and we sometimes see people take a little longer to make major financial decisions while they wait to see what, if anything, changes.
